The worst customer service I've seen in my life, asking a locksmith if they make duplicate keys, the manager turns around, makes a face of contempt and annoyance, asks me what I need, I ask you to make me a duplicate please and you tell me "I don't have, do as you like" the problem is not the fact of not having duplicates, but the terrible attitude to give an answer, as well as the rudeness towards a customer.

Hello, the lady who answers is very rude and besides she leaves the keys wrong I went twice because the keys didn't work I always say if you don't like your job, find something you like so you do it with pleasure, thank you

terrible service! call to quote a key programming explaining the situation that the immobilizer of my car had been activated, that I would have to come to the car to configure with scanner: the key, communication modules etc; and instead of giving me a quote started to tell me that that was not the problem of my car that what I had was mechanical failure when I get mechanical!
